Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Course licenses are personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access.
  • We may require multi-factor authentication for certain features.
  • Access may be limited by region, device, or concurrency to prevent misuse.

Payments and refunds

  • Prices are shown before any taxes or fees from providers.
  • Refunds may be granted within a reasonable window if course content was not significantly consumed.
  • All payments are processed by third‑party processors. You agree to their terms.
  • Promotions and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Chargebacks for services already consumed may result in account suspension.

Acceptable use

  • No unauthorized sharing, scraping, or redistribution of course materials.
  • No attempts to disrupt or bypass platform controls.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe systems.
  • Respect the learning community—no harassment, hate speech, or unlawful conduct.
  • Automation (bots, scripts) is prohibited unless we provide an official API for that purpose.

Content and updates

We may update course materials and features to improve learning outcomes.

  • Modules, files, and lesson sequences may change over time.
  • We may remove content that is outdated or infringes third‑party rights.
  • We may schedule maintenance windows that temporarily limit access.

License and intellectual property

  • We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and view purchased courses for personal educational use.
  • All content, trademarks, and brand assets remain property of MotionCraft Academy and its licensors.
  • You may not record, mirror, or publicly display courses without prior written consent.

User submissions

  • By posting assignments, comments, or reviews, you grant us a license to host and display them in connection with the platform.
  • Do not submit content that violates rights of others or applicable laws.
  • We may moderate or remove content at our discretion to protect the community.

Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or suspected fraud.
  • Upon termination, your license to access courses ceases immediately.
  • Certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

Disclaimers

  • Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific results.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers; your rights may vary.

Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing law
